After my last coloring session, my stylist recommended a sulfate-free option. I found this one and it’s been perfect—gentle but effective. My red tones stay bright and my hair feels hydrated.

I’m slightly disappointed with the shampoo, I have highlighted Hair so I do like moisturising shampoos, and have felt that my hair after using this isn’t as moisturised as usual, it does lather up well and the scent is nice however once blow dried my hair doesn’t feel as soft as I hoped it would be!

This shampoo ordered because I dye my hair regulary and any colour washed out. Trying to find shampoo which protect coloured hair. After using whole month I think I got better result than using other brands. This shampoo is not making much foam and I have to wash my hair 2 - 3 times to feel they are really clean. Also I use same brand conditioner. As I noticed my colour looks good longer with this shampoo. Also hair look more shiny. Price for this shampoo is not cheap, but probably is better to pay for shampoo than for hair dye. Recommend it.

I've used this for 2 weeks now in between colouring hair. I'm very impressed that it doesn't strip colour. I have very porous, thick dry hair that takes ages to dye and also the colour seems to wash out easily. With this shampoo, I didn't notice any loss of colour in the 2 weeks. That's a real result for my hair so very happy.

I'm used to all natural, sulphate and silicone free shampoos and do my usual routine. Wet hair thoroughly, apply shampoo to crown of the head and rub a bit (this is the greasiest area and also most of my dyed hair is at the temples and hairline and I wash this area last). Then splash more water over the shampoo covered area and spread the lather over the whole scalp giving it a good scrub. Then scrunch lather through to the ends of the hair and leave for 2 or 3 minutes without rubbing so as not to damage the lengths of the hair. Then rinse thoroughly.

I find this cleans very well and only need one generous application of shampoo, not 2 washes. Hair feels a bit clumpy after rinsing but after usual conditioner and drying, feels beautifully soft and looks shiny.

I love it not stripping colour and the softness after. And the good, gentle ingredients.

I would happily use this forever but unfortunately it's very pricey compared to my usual spend. I really wish it were a bit cheaper but in terms of performance, I can recommend it.

If you're not used to using shampoos that are sulphate-free you may find this unusual to use. It dispenses* as a nice thick, clear gel which smells lovely. I spread it over my hands and distributed it through my hair - it is a different washing experience as it doesn't lather up - that's the job the sulphates play, but they're only there to make the shampoo bubbly. and serve no hair-care purpose.
It made my hair feel squeaky clean - but definitely in need of conditioning to get the best out of it. I used the conditioner from the same range and between them they treated my hair nicely - it dried nice and smoothly and felt fine and silky for the day.
I personally prefer to use products with fewer unnecessary additives so I'm very happy with this cruelty-free range.

*the lid is an odd design. I initially thought it was a pump action as you press on the back half of the lid and it depresses downwards. However, that just opens the nozzle on the front section, so you need to turn the bottle upside down and squeeze out your product. I have joint issues and found the bottle a bit hard to squeeze as it is quite firm, so it would be nice if they could address the dispensing action in future.

My partner really likes this shampoo, and the conditioner.
Like the conditioner this is a thick creamy product, at first it can take quite a squeeze to get the shampoo out of the bottle, but not overly problematic.
The instructions advise to do a pre-wash using a small amount of shampoo, then apply again for the main wash. My partner has followed the guidelines, and then used the conditioner.
She is really pleased with the results and I can say there is a visible improvement, he hair looked shinier than normal and there is definitely a reduction in frizz, apparently she can also feel a significant difference.
Overall this is impressive, the only thing that may stop us purchasing another bottle could be the price point, however because the results have been so good then it’s not a high price for healthier, and healthier looking hair.

This shampoo comes nicely packaged and has a lovely smell. I love that it's sulphate free and can even be used every day if needed. There were a couple of things that I wasn't so keen on though. It's very thick and gloopy. It says on the bottle to mix well before use, but it's so thick that this is not easy to acomplish. I also found that it was a bit of a struggle to get it out through the dispenser and I ended up taking the top off.
In use, it dosen't lather very well and takes quite a bit of shampoo to get good coverage, so you might get through it a bit quicker than some others. It also takes quite a bit of rinsing out, probably as it's quite heavy.
However, after use it does leave your hair feeling nice and hopefully protected by all the good stuff in there. As I have my hair coloured quite frquently I have high hopes that this will protect both the colour and give my hair a bit of a boost.

This is an interesting shampoo. I have bleached hair so am keen to use products that are designed for colour hair.

This does feel more like a treatment product. The instructions say to use a small amount first to cleanse the hair, rinse and then reapply, massaging for 2-3 minutes. I’m not entirely sure why the double application is necessary but I’m no chemist.

It does mean though that I’ll get through the product in double time and at this price, that makes it even more expensive. So I may ignore the instructions and just use one application each time.

It did leave my hair feeling very clean, although that might be because of the 2 minutes massaging that I wouldn’t normally do with shampoo.

The best thing is the scent of the shampoo. It is possibly the best smelling shampoo I’ve ever used! It reminded me of citrus and pineapple but not in an overly fake or chemical way. Just wonderful.

So overall I do recommended this, but bear in mind the application instructions when considering the price.

This Colour Control and Healthy Roots Shampoo from Puradoro is aimed at protecting colour and giving you healthy roots. It comes in a 200ml bottle and a little goes a long way. The shampoo does not lather up particularly but does a good job of cleaning my hair and scalp. If anything, it is a little heavy for my shoulder length fine hair and needs a good rinse out. It may well be the argan oil that is a bit heavy for my hair. I like the contents that are blended together to make this shampoo, it feels very natural and ideal for my problem hair. I can smell the aloe vera but also it has a herbal essential oil type of smell, this is quite a complex shampoo and is gentle on my hair and scalp. I will be interested to see if it lives up to the listing after I have used it for a longer period of time. In the meantime, it is an ideal daily shampoo for me and makes my hair washing routine feel that bit special.
